Dear Stakeholders,
As Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University Non-Governmental Organizations Application and Research Center, which started its activities in 2023, we are happy to share our first strategic plan towards corporate quality with our principle of "all together, further".
Our strategic plan is to respond to the needs of local and national actors in the field of Non-Governmental Organizations, which are described as the 3rd Sector; Its main theme is to support our country and university in achieving their goals: it includes our vision, mission, strategic goals and objectives, and our activities towards these goals.
The contributions of our internal and external stakeholders are important in the process of creating our strategic plan. Using the SWOT analysis, the strengths of our Center have been revealed and our goals have been determined to obtain the highest benefit from our strengths. Our goals also take into account taking advantage of opportunities and strengthening weaknesses.
Our Non-Governmental Organizations Application and Research Center, which started its work with dynamic and effective activities, will evaluate the effectiveness of the strategies in our plan in the coming periods with the mentality of continuous communication and interaction with its internal and external stakeholders and will benefit from these evaluations in creating more effective and efficient strategies in the future. While presenting our strategic plan covering the period 2024-2028, we would like to thank all our stakeholders in advance for their support and opinions on the way to move forward together.
